- Professionalism Expectations
- This includes, but isn’t limited to the following…
- BE WILLING TO BE FLEXIBLE AND WILLING TO LEARN!!!
- Smile
- Meet and greet clients and or their guests with a kind and fun disposition.
- Do not swear around clients or their guests.
- No talking to guests for long periods of time, but be kind.
- Sometimes family and friends are at events, if that happens, please keep visiting to a minimum.
- No making fun of anyone.
- No phone use when working.
- Have a lot of Patience
- Do NOT ever ask for Tips or even suggest them!
- If you are offered, you can choose to take it or decline politely.
- If guest insists, just take it and thank them very much.
- Clothing…
- Dress in black or khaki pants with no holes, ask if shorts are allowed before wearing.
- Dress in either a nice shirt or a shirt that is provided.
- No hats, or inappropriate wording on clothing.
- Wear comfortable, yet decent looking shoes.
- Check weather before attending event to see if it will be cold or hot and expect that part or all of event may be outside. Bring a change of clothes or extra clothes if need be.
- Please look, neat, clean, use deodorant (bring extra to reapply if need be), awake and ready to have fun!
- Absolutely No drinking or using substances.
- Smoking is allowed, but please be discreet.
- We don’t always have time to get away, so please plan ahead. Especially if you are working alone as guests WILL go behind the DJ booth and will mess with the music.
- Karaoke Expectations
- Keep Songs in Best Rotation Possible
- Do best to keep the sound equal.
- Play trivia games if no one is singing.
- Sing if you would like, but sing every once in a while.
- If others are requesting to sing, our team does not sing. This isn’t about us singing, it is about us bringing the fun for others to sing. J
- Offer Karaoke Bingo
- Offer karaoke roulette.
- Offer other karaoke games if you would like.
- If you are bored, so are the guests, it is our job to make it fun!

- DJ Expectations
- Learn all styles, genres and eras of music.
- Ask guests to find seats for ceremony to begin and for grand entrance.
- Clarify any questions that you may have with the bride and groom.
- Read the room.
- Coordinate bridal parties for their grand entrance.
- Play what the guests are dancing too.
- Play requests.
- Set up and take down multiple systems and lighting.
- Use professionalism while smiling and being fun.
- Pay attention to detail.
- Be sure all equipment is working and operational at least a half an hour prior to starting to play music. Do sound check and check lights before this time.

- Photo Booth Expectations
- Set up and take down photo booth.
- Pay attention to detail
- Keep order of props
- Make sure guests do not steal props
- Keep area as neat and clean as possible.
- Check pictures sporadically to be sure that the pictures are clear, centered on backdrop.
- Make sure all lights and signs are on and working at all times.
- Help guests with running the photo booth.
- Be sure all equipment is working and operational at least a half an hour prior to opening photo booth.
